Review by hotel critic
During my recent city trip to Asher, my six friends and I were treated to a delightful stay at this charming property, set amid stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms boasted a cosiness that was perfect for our short getaway, equipped with flat-screen TVs, tea-making facilities, and modern amenities that catered nicely to our comfort. Each morning, we relished a delicious continental breakfast, while the friendly staff provided us with local insights, enhancing our experience. What stood out significantly was the terrace - a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day exploring, allowing us to soak in the breathtaking vistas. The shared lounge and ski storage facilities were an added bonus, elevating our stay with a touch of convenience. For those seeking affordable dining options, there's a nearby restaurant, although we preferred indulging in the traditional dishes available within the hotel's own a la carte menu, which were impressively priced and brimming with flavour. Asher combines warmth, functionality, and splendid scenery, making it a worthwhile choice for travellers who share my passion for both history and comfort. This hidden gem is indeed a testament to the charm and hospitality that can be found beyond the bustling tourist spots.
